A leading law firm, with a fantastic reputation, are seeking an HR Manager to work closely with a number of Business Services groups.
About the Role
This is a broad generalist role offering excellent scope and exposure, partnering with business leaders, whilst supporting the overall people strategy. Duties include:
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders
Advising on recruitment and future resourcing
Working on employee relations matters
Managing annual salary and bonus review processes
Coaching managers
Performance and Talent management
Reviewing and presenting metrics
Champion best practice
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a management role and some generalist HR exposure working with business services groups in a law firm or professional services. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the proven ability to influence change is essential.
