An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Benefits & Wellbeing Manager to lead the team and work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver the benefits and wellbeing strategy.
About the Role
The role will entail:
Manage and administer London benefit programmes
Work with the Global Director to design and implement the firm’s benefit strategy
Act as Secretary to the Pension Trustees
Propose new innovative benefit packages
Oversee the pension process
Liaise with third party providers
Line management of two people
Produce monthly reports
Oversee UK and international payroll
Manage relationships with stakeholders
The successful candidate will have experience of managing pension schemes, pension policy and administration as well as an understanding of payroll and working in a global reward function. Experience of Peoplesoft is highly advantageous.
