About the Role
Working across the wider HR team and interacting with key global stakeholders, the role will entail:
Setting strategy and deliverables for HR projects
Create and manage projects end to end, including budgets and resourcing
Manage and develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Champion change and promote buy-in for new projects
Manage communications on updates and processes
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have previous HR experience at a senior level in a global professional services environment. The demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across the business is essential.
