An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a HR Project Specialist to work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver on recruitment projects end to end.
About the Role
The role will entail:
Design and implement new recruitment processes and system improvements
Create and manage projects end to end, including timelines, change and testing
Review and analyse data in line with the business needs
Manage relationships with stakeholders
Work closely with HRIS specialists
Maintain and develop relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Act as subject matter expert
The successful candidate will have experience of project management end to end and demonstrable business process improvements. A Prince2 qualification or similar is highly desirable and experience of working internationally in a law firm or professional services.
