An award-winning global law firm are looking to hire an HR Systems Analyst to work closely with the HR operations and systems teams to provide data and business analysis to support the wider strategic goals.
About the Role
The role will entail:
Assist with the design and development of reporting tools in collaboration with other teams, with a focus on diversity data
Source data and respond to stakeholder requests
Review and analyse data in line with the business needs
Assist with testing, training and adoption of data tools
Create efficiencies within the reporting function and build strong relationships with stakeholders
The successful candidate will have prior experience with people data reporting in a professional services environment and excellent customer service skills.
