A growing and well established law firm are looking for a HR Systems Specialist on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR generalist team, this is role leads on the HR systems and MI offering as well as benefits and payroll. Responsibilities include:
Design, produce and analyse HR management information
Ongoing analysis of current systems and improvements
Act as a Superuser and first point of contact for any queries
Monthly payroll processing
Salary and benchmarking surveys
You will have previous HR systems experience and have worked in the private sector with exposure to payroll and benefits. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a specialist role. You will be highly organised, have a passion for working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
