An award winning international law firm, with a strong reputation are looking for a Recruitment Specialist on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will take the lead and focus on end to end recruitment across EMEA, with a key focus on associate hiring. Responsibilities include:
Managing relationships with key Partners and stakeholders across EMEA offices
Implement attraction strategies and process improvements
Advising on job and candidate specifications
Selecting agencies to partner with and managing the PSL
Advise on international mobility
Manage metrics and reporting
Assist with international mobility
Support with graduate recruitment and professional development
You will have previous end to end recruitment experience internationally, developed in professional services. German and French speaking skills are highly advantageous and a familiarity with legal education. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
