An award winning international law firm are seeking a Learning and Development Advisor on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Reporting into the Head of L&D, this is a role covering a broad range of training across the business both locally and internationally. Duties include:
Develop & delivery of business skills programmes globally
Supporting with the implementation of the L&D strategy
Programme management
Deliver legal training for junior lawyers
Work with marketing and business development on client training
Managing sessions and workshops
Working with speakers and external suppliers
Developing webinars that are creative
Managing budgets

Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working a learning and development role ideally within a law firm or professional services with experience of delivery. Experience of working internationally and with an LMS is also preferred.
