An award winning international law firm are seeking a Learning and Development Advisor for a permanent opportunity. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in technology to be involved in projects to integrate new solutions into L&D projects.
About the Role
This is a broad role offering the opportunity to lead on the technical aspects of L&D offerings and projects. Duties include:
Design & delivery of professional skills programmes, including inductions
Supporting with the implementation of the L&D strategy
Managing sessions and workshops
Champion the use and implementation of new resources and applications
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working a learning and development role ideally within a law firm or professional services with experience of both design and delivery using L&D technology software. Experience of working internationally is also an asset.
