An award winning and dynamic international law firm are seeking a Learning and Development Specialist in a permanent role.
About the Role
Reporting into the Senior Learning & Development Manager, this is a role covering a broad range of training across the business with both design and delivery. Duties include:
Design & delivery of professional skills programmes and soft skills training
Managing and planning courses
Conducting training needs analysis
Managing sessions and workshops
Working with speakers and external suppliers
Developing webinars that are creative
Coaching and mentoring
CPD
Projects
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working a learning and development role ideally within a law firm or professional services with experience of course design and delivery. Experience of e-learning and with an LMS is also preferred.
