An award winning and dynamic international professional services firm are seeking a Learning and Development Assistant for a 12 month fixed term contract.
About the Role
Working in a team of six, this is a role covering a broad range of training across the business. Duties include:
- Oversee programmes and training
- Managing and planning courses
- Schedule virtual and classroom sessions
- Prepare communications to the firm
- Conducting training needs analysis
- Manage the LMS
- Working with speakers and external suppliers
- CPD
- Projects
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working a learning and development role ideally within a professional services business. Experience of e-learning and with an LMS is also preferred.
