A dynamic international consultancy with a great team are seeking a Learning & Development Assistant on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working alongside the Global Learning Manager, this role provides coverage across global training.
Duties include:
- Coordinating training programmes
- Scheduling courses
- Managing onboarding and inductions
- Planning events tracker
- Prepare materials and documentation
- Diary management
- Provide event feedback
- Work with external and internal stakeholders
- Update and support with the Learning Management System (LMS)
- System and data management
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a administrative role in a professional services environment and a demonstrated interest in learning and development. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential and experience of working with an LMS highly desired.
