An award winning international law firm are seeking a Learning and Development Assistant on a permanent basis for their Liverpool office.
About the Role
Working closely the Learning & Development Manager and wider team, this is a role covering a broad range of training support across the business. Duties include:
Coordinating training sessions
Managing the learning management system (Cornerstony)
Preparing course materials
Maintaining CPD records
Troubleshooting any problems or queries
Monitoring feedback and tracking attendance
Working with speakers and external suppliers
You will have previous experience of working within a law firm or professional services preferable with experience of an LMS. You will be a strong team player, have high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
