An award winning international law firm are seeking a Learning and Development Manager for a permanent opportunity.
About the Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders, this is a role covering a broad range of training across the business both locally and internationally. Duties include:
Design & delivery of professional skills programmes globally with a focus on the administrative population
Supporting with the implementation of the L&D strategy internationally
Managing sessions and workshops
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Advising on development gaps and making recommendations for solutions
Leading projects
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working a learning and development role ideally within a law firm or professional services with experience of both design and delivery. Experience of working internationally and with an LMS is also preferred.
