About the Role
This is a broad role covering a range of training for the fee-earning population across the UK and EMEA. Duties include:
Design & delivery of professional skills programmes, with a focus on leadership training
Supporting with the implementation of the L&D strategy internationally
Leading on L&D strategy for diversity and inclusion
Managing sessions and workshops
One to one and group coaching
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working a learning and development role ideally within a law firm or professional services with experience of both design and delivery. Experience of working internationally is an asset.
