An award winning law firm are seeking a Learning and Development Manager on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to take a leadership role on strategic and project matters.
About the Role
This is a broad role covering both fee-earning and business services skills training and the successful candidate will partner closely with senior stakeholders across the firm. Duties include:
Manage development and implementation of L&D strategy
Advising on development gaps and making recommendations for solutions
Design & delivery of professional skills programmes
Managing sessions and workshops
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Leading projects, including those related to D&I initiatives
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working a learning and development role at manager level, ideally within a law firm or professional services with experience of both design and delivery. Experience developing D&I programmes and managing projects would be an asset.
