An award winning international law firm are seeking a Learning and Development Manager for a permanent opportunity.
About the Role
Reporting into the Director of L&D, this is a role covering a broad range of training across the business both locally and internationally. Duties include:
Design & delivery of professional skills programmes globally
Supporting with the implementation of the L&D strategy internationally
Run the firm mentoring scheme
Managing sessions and workshops
One to one and group coaching
Working with external suppliers
CPD
Projects
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working a learning and development role ideally within a law firm or professional services with experience of both design and delivery. Experience of working internationally and with an LMS is also preferred.
