About the Role
This is a great role within the team and will offer a broad generalist scope supporting the across the full life cycle for the partner population. Duties include:
- Managing relationships with Partners globally and C-Suite stakeholders
- Leading on complex ER matters and providing effective coaching
- Advising on performance and talent management
- Strong global exposure
- Collaborating with L&D and recruitment specialists on projects
- Managing salary and benefits reviews
- Advising on HR policies and harmonising practices globally
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a HR business partnering role in a law firm environment. The demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and prior experience in a global environment are key assets.
