About the Role
This is a great role within the team and will offer a broad generalist scope supporting the across the full life cycle for the partner population. Duties include:
Managing relationships with Partners globally and C-Suite stakeholders
Leading on complex ER matters and providing effective coaching
Advising on performance and talent management
Strong global exposure
Collaborating with L&D and recruitment specialists on projects
Managing salary and benefits reviews
Advising on HR policies and harmonising practices globally
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a HR business partnering role in a law firm environment. The demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and prior experience in a global environment are key assets.
