Our client, an international law firm, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant on a 12-month FTC.
About the Role
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, and working with the wider recruitment team, you will provide recruitment support across the firm with a focus on coordination. Duties include:
Planning, logistics and coordination of recruitment and interviews
Schedule and manage diaries and calendars
Support with materials and presentations
Screen applications and assist with feedback calls
Process invoices
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a HR or recruitment administration role and have strong interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
