About the Role
Working alongside the wider HR team, this role provides end to end recruitment support across a range of fee earning and business support areas end to end.
End to end recruitment support
Advising stakeholders on talent pipelining and job briefs
Liaise with agencies and manage PSLs
Create and present reports on recruitment activity
Utilise and monitor LinkedIn
Manage ATS and compliance
Build relationships with Partners and key stakeholders
You will have previous experience of working in a legal recruitment role either within agency or in-house, and exposure of working with senior stakeholders. Strong client delivery, attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
