About the Role
Working alongside the wider HR team, this role provides end to end recruitment support across a range of areas end to end.
Duties include:
End to end recruitment support
Conduct interviews
Advising stakeholders on talent and job briefs
Create job descriptions
Liaise with agencies and managing PSLs
Maintain terms
Create and present reports on recruitment activity
Utilise and monitor LinkedIn
Manage ATS and compliance
Build relationships with Partners and key stakeholders

Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a legal administration or recruitment role ideally within professional services and exposure of senior stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential.
