An award winning international law firm, with a strong reputation are looking for a Resource Manager on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, the role will take the lead and focus on end to end resource management across a specific fee earning client group, with a key focus on Associates. Responsibilities include:
Managing relationships with key Partners and stakeholders across EMEA offices
Monitor activity levels, pipelining and process improvements
Advising on associate development needs
Measure and monitor business goals
Promote best practice methods
Manage metrics and reporting
Work closely with HR
Oversee business development and secondments
You will have previous resource management experience, developed in professional services. Strong communication skills are key and a familiarity with legal education. There is opportunity for this role to develop into a supervisory position so this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a client facing role.
