Our client, an international consultancy with an excellent culture, are looking for a Resourcing Advisor on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team and covering offices across EMEA, responsibilities include:
Monitoring inbox and acting as first point of contact
Building relationships with partners and stakeholders and key external clients
Advising on resourcing including monitoring activity levels, pipelining and process improvements
Updating information in systems and reporting
Promote best practices
Assisting with projects
You will be educated to a degree level and have previous resourcing experience in an agency or professional services environment, and excellent interpersonal and interviewing skills. Candidates should have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
