An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a newly created Reward & Benefits Manager on a full time or part time basis. The role will work closely with the business to deliver the reward strategy and influence employee engagement and satisfaction.
About the Role
The role will entail:
Champion the firm’s reward strategy
Manage the annual salary review process including benchmarking, bonus reviews and reports
Liaise with third party benefits providers
Budget management
Manage diversity and pay gap reporting
Act as Super User for HR System and produce compensation reports for management
Leading design and implementation of new processes
Advising teams on best practices and supporting training
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have prior compensation and benefits experience within a professional services environment and the demonstrated ability to deliver projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Advisor to take the next step.
