An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Reward Manager to lead the team and work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver the reward strategy.
About the Role
The role will entail:
Design and implement the firm’s reward strategy
Manage the annual salary review process including benchmarking, bonus reviews and reports
Manage the flexible benefits scheme
Oversee the pension governance
Liaise with third party providers
Budget management
Produce monthly reports
Oversee UK and US payroll
Manage relationships with stakeholders
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of end to end reward cycles, benefits, payroll and managing people in an international setting. Experience of Towers Watson is highly advantageous.
