A leading international law firm who are cutting edge are seeking a Senior Diversity & Inclusion Advisor on a permanent basis with an international remit.
About the Role
This is a broad role offering scope to manage an array of projects as well as lead the diversity and inclusion focus. Duties include:
- Manage communications working closely with internal business development teams
- Run diversity and inclusion programmes
- Act as a subject matter expert globally
- Create global partnerships
- Support and oversee internal networks
- Managing relationships with internal/external stakeholders including Partners
- Analyse and advise on metrics
- Advise on processes and procedures
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in a diversity and inclusion or a marketing/communications role with exposure to projects, preferably from working in a law firm or professional services. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and being able to multitask is essential.
