About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR generalist team, this is a strategic role offering the opportunity to build upon the D&I and CSR strategy. Responsibilities include:
Leading on the diversity initiatives for the UK and globally
Driving forward the marketing and communications
Managing and building networks both internally and externally
Overseeing a budget
Managing an Assistant
Analysing statistics and reporting
Job Requirements
You will have previous diversity and inclusion experience, preferably within a professional services environment and have operated at a senior level. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and lead in a client facing role. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
