A leading international law firm are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join their team on a fixed term contract. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a collegial team for a qualified lawyer looking to move into a non-fee earning role.
About the Role
This is a specialist role offering commercial employment law and ER advice, partnering with a mix of fee earning and business services groups. Duties include:
Advising on employment law queries
Managing grievances, misconduct, disciplinaries, redundancies, exits, settlements and performance issues
Working with counsel and Employment Lawyers
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders including Partners
Advising on policies and procedures
Delivering training
Drafting and updating contracts
Managing the reward and bonus review process
Budget management
Job Requirements
You will be a qualified lawyer with at least 1-2 years PQE of employment law experience. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the demonstrated ability to collaborate with teams and build positive relationships is essential.
