A leading international law firm with and a fantastic culture are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working closely alongside a Senior HR Manager as part of the wider HR team, this is a full generalist role offering broad generalist support. Responsibilities include:
Performance management and coaching line managers
Managing employee relations
Business partnering with key stakeholders including Partners
Advise on policies and procedures
Manage probation reviews
Lead on projects such as wellbeing
Mentoring juniors in the team
Overseeing new joiners/exit interviews and recruitment
HR reporting and providing analytics
Job Requirements
You will have previous HR experience at advisory level and have worked in the legal sector. This is a rare opportunity for someone who is looking to take ownership and develop in a growing team, with possibility to fast track to HR Manager level. You will be highly organised, happy with working with systems and have strong attention to detail.
