An award winning global law firm are seeking a Senior HR Manager on a permanent basis to support with the Partner population internationally.
About the Role
This is a broad generalist role offering international scope and exposure, partnering with senior stakeholders whilst managing an array of projects. Duties include:
Managing relationships with Partners
Working on complex employee relations
Process improvement
Managing a team
Recruitment, Performance and Talent management
Succession planning
Reward, including profit and bonus plans
Managing projects
Coaching and mentoring
Review and present metrics
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working with Partners in a generalist HR role at a senior HR Manager/Business Partner level within professional services and preferably CIPD qualified. Strong experience of working in an international business is essential.
