An award winning international law firm are seeking a Senior Learning and Development Advisor on a permanent basis.
About the Role
This is an exceptional role a broad range of training across fee earners and business services both locally and internationally. Duties include:
Develop & delivery of business skills programmes globally
Supporting with the implementation of the L&D strategy
Programme management and skills assessments
Delivery of training
Collaborating with marketing and business development
Managing sessions and workshops
Project work with an international focus
Job Requirements
You will be educated to degree level and, ideally, be CIPD qualified. Candidates should have previous experience of working a learning and development role at Advisor within a law firm or professional services and be excited about bringing innovative ideas to the table.
