An award winning international law firm are seeking a Senior Learning and Development Advisor on a permanent basis.
About the Role
This is an exceptional role a broad range of training across fee earners and business services both locally and internationally. Duties include:
- Develop & delivery of business skills programmes globally
- Supporting with the implementation of the L&D strategy
- Programme management and skills assessments
- Delivery of training
- Collaborating with marketing and business development
- Managing sessions and workshops
- Project work with an international focus
Job Requirements
You will be educated to degree level and, ideally, be CIPD qualified. Candidates should have previous experience of working a learning and development role at Advisor within a law firm or professional services and be excited about bringing innovative ideas to the table.
