An award-winning international law firm are seeking a Senior L&D Manager to join their collaborative team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role within an established group, covering learning and development for both business services and fee earners. Working closing with the Head of HR and global counterparts, duties include:
- Providing strategic direction for both training and talent management programmes
- Manage development and delivery of programmes
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to identify training needs
- Oversee sourcing and management of external providers
Job Requirements
You will have strong experience delivering learning and development programmes within a professional services environment, and prior management experience. Experience within an international organisation would be an asset. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the demonstrated ability to build relationships are essential.
