Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role within an established group, covering learning and development for both business services and fee earners. Working closing with the Head of HR and global counterparts, duties include:
Providing strategic direction training programmes and continuous improvement
Manage development and delivery of programmes across the firm’s offices globally
Liaise with senior stakeholders to identify training needs
Manage and mentor junior team members
Managing sessions and workshops
Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Leading projects
Job Requirements
You will have strong experience designing and delivering learning and development programmes within a professional services environment. Experience within an international organisation would be an asset. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and the demonstrated ability to build relationships are essential.
