An award winning law firm with a strong global presence are looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager on a permanent basis.
About the Role
Working as part of the wider HR team, this role has international scope, and will take the lead on recruitment management across fee earning groups. Responsibilities include:
Managing relationships with key Partners and stakeholders
Collaborate with HR teams on resourcing needs, work allocation and talent pooling
Develop innovative attraction strategies and manage processes for fee earning recruitment
Build relationships with internal and external partners
Work closely with internal stakeholders to share best practices
Manage and develop team members
Job Requirements
You will have previous resource and recruitment management experience, developed in professional services. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated strong commercial awareness, have a strategic mindset, and ideally have experience operating in a global environment.
