An award winning international law firm are seeking a Sustainability Manager on a permanent basis to focus on environmental and climate change areas.
About the Role
This is a role due to internal promotion in the team, offering scope to manage an array of projects as well as lead the focus internationally. Duties include:
- Managing relationships with internal/external stakeholders including Partners
- Prepare and manage budgets
- Oversee climate change risks and opportunities
- Monitor environmental legislation changes
- Reduce external consultant spend
- Guide action groups and committees
- Represent the firm at CSR events
- Manage projects
- Identify and run awards submissions
- Manage audit assurance and reporting
- Work alongside the global responsible business team
Job Requirements
You will have previous experience of working in sustainability and have expertise in the space, prefer environmental space preferably from working in a law firm or professional services. Strong experience of working with senior stakeholders and being able to multitask is essential.
